Patrick is an experienced leader and a global\u00a0authority within the coating and decoration community. He has more than 30 years experience from the coatings industry covering development process, production processes, design and supply chain management. Patrick is used to drive and execute innovation and development programs and works hands on internally in the related organizations as well as in the manufacturing shops together with customers \u00a0to\u00a0optimize manufacturing and paint shops \u00a0for best possible output, yield and lowest cost. \u00a0<\/p>\n

With over 15 years experience in painting & decoration, Jun is an expert in painting processes and painting equipment, both for plastics and metallic painting. In his previous roles he has worked hands on as a paint shop manager as well as led R&D development of new painting technologies.<\/p>\n

In September 2012 I founded OKTAN design with the ambition and strategy to work as an independent consultant in Management and Manufacturing for major global customers.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Having worked for over 30 years for both large and small global companies in the Automotive, Telecom and Consumer Products industries, I realized that there was a need and want for the special knowledge and experience I had acquired.\u00a0<\/p>\n

From the get-go, the rumor of OKTAN design traveled through the industry and gave us a flying start across the globe. We realized that there was a need for technical, process and management support from local team members, and thus we established a local office Guangzhou, China in 2013. This has been of major importance for our European and US customers.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In 2014 we finalized and launched several of our main services, such as the Education Package \u201cTraining Sessions\u201d covering Coating, Paint Shop & Application and Coating Process & Production. We also launched the OKTAN method, an analytical working method focusing on evaluating and improving performance in both manufacturing and management. We continuously work to refine our services to provide the best result for our clients! \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
